Guest rooms in the Manor House command a sense of royalty and privilege. Set in grand gothic style, hallways are made of stone and wood and the ceilings soar high above you, as you wander to your historical bedroom. Altogether there are 63 guest rooms found in the Manor House, falling into four different categories of luxury, size and price. Room types include 5 Dunraven Staterooms, 8 Staterooms, 34 Deluxe rooms and 16 Standard rooms. All room types are equipped with either one king sized bed or two queen sized beds and decorated to the highest of standards.
Adare's five Dunraven Staterooms are the most exclusive on premises. Ornate and spacious gems, with hand carved fireplaces and four poster beds,large sitting areas with sofas, chairs and tables, and spectacular views, these rooms have hosted numerous Heads of State and celebrities who've walked the grounds of Adare Manor over the years. Adare Manor's eight Staterooms are equally exclusive, sharing many of the same features, except they are less generously adorned with original architectural artisanship.
While Adare Manor's 34 Deluxe Rooms are slightly smaller than the Staterooms, with cosier sitting areas, they still quite large by compare and certainly no great step down in luxury, in keeping with Adare Manor high standards of five star luxury.
Adare's 16 Standard Rooms may be the smallest rooms in the Manor House, but they lose nothing in terms of grand style and elegance, with impressive architectural detail, fine marble bathrooms, and fine comfortable beds.
As you would expect Adare Manor offers an exquisite fine dining experience. The Oakroom is a stunning candle lit dining room overlooking the French Formal Gardens with views of the River Maigue. Resident Head Chef Mark Donohue and his dedicated team serve a menu using the very best of local Irish produce, which is complimented by an extensive wine selection from the cellars.
When staying at Adare you inevitably finish the night in the Tack Room, the main bar located in the oldest part of the Manor, where you can sip a drink in front of the open fireplace while resident musician sings and plays piano nightly during the high season.
