Set in stately a stately Victorian country house and surrounded by subtropical gardens in the heart of Connemara, Stronach Gallery is a unique art gallery featuring an eclectic collection of contemporary art.

Opened in 2006, Stronach Gallery is set in Fermoyle Lodge, a charming Victorian County House in the wilds of Connemara in County Galway. It is the perfect venue to enjoy fine art, a stately private residence surrounded by subtropical gardens. The proprietors Nicola Stronach and Jean-Pierre Maire set out to create a gallery of international renown, a space for art collectors to share their enthusiasm in promoting international artists. Stronach Gallery is the realization of that vision.

Stronach is not a typical gallery, but an intriguing place that houses a unique collection of art from many different countries. If featuring an eclectic collection of contemporary art, meticulously cultivated through tracking down and visiting artists across several countries. Stronach Gallery bares the fruits of these relationships formed across the globe.

Stronach's collection of contemporary fine art is quite inspired and eclectic, features prominent International artists -- including Alina Maksimenko, Edward Belsky, Serhiy Savchenko, Borys Buryak, Irakli Sutidze and Merab Abramishvili -- artists from the former Soviet Union whose works feature in their respective national galleries. Stronach Gallery also features the several prominent artists working locally, including Declan O'Connor, Rosemary Carr, Selma McCormack and Rosie McGurran.
