Seachtain na Gaeilge

Seachtain na Gaeilge is a two week festival held in March every year a non-profit organisation that promotes the Irish language and culture both at home and abroad.

The Festival resonates on the motto of Croí na Teanga Its You! (Heart of the Language Its You!), recognizing that everyone, no matter what age they are or what country they live in, is central to the renewal of the Irish language.

For over a hundred years, the Seachtain na Gaeilge festival has been celebrating all things quintessentially Irish, to become the biggest celebration of Irish culture held each year across the four provinces of Ireland.

Achill Walks Festival
