Skibbereen Heritage Centre
Located in the beautifully-restored Old Gasworks Building in Skibbereen, the Skibbereen Heritage Centre features two major exhibits: The Great Famine Commemoration Exhibition and the Lough Hyne Visitor Centre, interpreting the rare marine ecology of the nearby lake.
Belvedere House
Set on the shores of Lough Ennell outside the Midlands town of Mullingar, Lord Belvederes grand Hunting Lodge is set on a 160 acres of maintained estate that include a Victorian Walled Garden, Apiary and Falconry Centre, as well as an interpretive centre, exhibition galleries, animal sanctuary and discovery trails for walking.
Enniskillen Castle and Museum
Dating back to the 15th century, Enniskillen Castle is an impressive fortress overlooking Lough Erne on the West Side of Enniskillen that in Gaelic times was once a Maguire stronghold.
