Inishbofin House has focused on the essential elements of delivering comfortable rooms, fine food, libation, and relaxation. Commanding panoramic views, the Hotel restaurant draws heavily from the daily catch of seafood supplied by the Island's fishermen, including lobster, crab (a specialty of Inishbofin), Connemara Lamb and organic island herbs. All dishes are creatively prepared by our award winning team of chefs, headed by our Irish born Head Chef, Martin Murray.
