Gorman's Clifftop House
Set in the the heart of the Gaeltacht where Irish is the first language, Gorman's Clifftop House and Restaurant is situated in the townland of Glaise Bheag, near the small fishing village of Ballydavid, on the north-western tip of the Dingle Peninsula.

Gorman's Hilltop House sits amid the full scenic splendor of the Dingle Peninsula. To the front of the house a panoramic view to die for, to the front big blue ocean, various islands and headlands. To the back of the house lies the imposing, dramatic dome-shaped Mount Brandon, the second highest island in Ireland.
You'd be well served to stay over at for the scenery alone. But as it turns out the Gorman's have so much more to offer. Hosts Sile and Vincent Gorman operate a friendly and highly relaxing establishment, Sile taking care of the front of the house, while Vincent is the talented chef overseeing operations in the popular Clifftop Restaurant.
As for accommodations, Gorman's Clifftop House provides 9 guest rooms, including 4 superior and 5 standard rooms. Each of the rooms are decorated in a west of ireland country style, and include the full array of comforts. Superior rooms are more spacious and do offer the added perk of a jacuzzi tub. All rooms command inspired views.
Thanks to Vincent's talents in the kitchen, Gorman's Hilltop House has gained recognition as a culinary destination, an added bonus to an already enticing mix of hospitality and scenic grandeur. Guests enjoy a lovely buffet breakfast as well as ordering a full range of hot dishes. Dinner is served nightly in this intimate and scenic dining room. Seafood features prominently on the menu, as you'd expect, but you can also enjoy some fine Kerry lamb, beef, and vegetarian dishes.

Guests often congregate in the lounge where a turf fire is lit nightly or to exchange information on Dingle's numerous activities and attractions and browse the resource library of pertinent books, there to inform and inspire. This section of the Dingle Peninsula known for its spectacular walking routes along dramatic sea cliffs. Sile and Vincent are delighted to suggest a few walking routes, accessible by just walking out the door.
If you get the day for it, you'd be hard pressed to leave Gorman's Clifftop House, as the views the garden are incredible. Pull up a chair, relax and take in the beauty that surrounds you.
